About the Role
We are seeking an organized, efficient, and communicative liaison staff to coordinate between our organization and another entity. In this role, you will act as the middle person between our business and the other entity to streamline operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities
Liaises, file and monitor all required documents with the applicable government agencies.
Prepares the necessary documents/reports.
Assists in the annual inventory count for the clients.
Assists during annual compliances and audits.
Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary.
Ensure that all records and files are properly managed for easy retrieval.
Protects and handles all documents with highly confidential.
Additional ad hoc tasks.
We're looking for someone with:
At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
Candidate must have good communication (Both English and Tagalog) and presentation skills.
Candidate must be flexible, willing enough to do field work.
Can liaise effectively with representatives from various offices, may it be on the corporate side or the government.
Familiar with documentation and some procedures related to filing business permits, registrations, and licenses.
Willing to work with different cities assigned in some cases.
Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
